Cancellation Terms

If You cancel your booking before 35 days of check in, Cancellation charges will be 10%.
If You cancel your booking from 24 to 35 days of check-in, Cancellation charges will be 25%.
If You cancel your booking from 12 to 24 days of check-in, Cancellation charges will be 50%.
If You cancel your booking from 5 to 12 days of check-in, Cancellation charges will be 70%.
If You cancel your booking within 5 days of check-in, Cancellation charges will be 100%.

Important Notes

• Child below 05 years on complimentary basis/sharing bed with parents.
• Extra bed is mandatory for child above 05 years & adult
• We do not serve Non-Vegetarian Meals, Heaters in any of our camp.
• Bookings/Amendments/Cancellations/Payments will be processed from Manali and Keylong Office only.
• It is compulsory to carry the accommodation voucher to the campsite to avoid inconvenience during check-in as mostly campsites are in remote areas.
• Rates are applicable from May to September.
• Kindly make the payment within 2 working days to keep your tents blocked for you.
